who have ridden in the past two years on Greyhound Lines, Inc. and its additional

We want to know about   your experiences with Greyhound Lines, Inc. and its family

of companies in the following areas:  Services and routes, accessing fare and schedule

information and the purchase of tickets on their websites, website support, customer

assistance requests, and refunds.  Additionally, we would like to know your experiences

with the physical access of the companies’ stations/depots and vehicles.

Please format your comments to include, but not limited to, the following information:

Passenger’s name and contact information; concise description of the situation including

date, time, location if pertinent; name and position of company employee(s) you interacted

with; and recommendations you would like to make.

ACB needs this information in preparation for a meeting with Greyhound Lines, Inc.

staff in the near future.
