another state convention, Bay State (which is Massachusetts)

Janet Dickelman

Dear all, it seems like long pants, gloves and snow shovels were the order of the day only a few weeks ago. Today, I have the office window open and am enjoying the Spring air. I can hear the sounds of weed whackers and lawn mowers in the distance. But what is not too far in the distance is this year’s Bay State Council of the Blind’s Spring Conference. We will hold our Spring conference in the safe confines of the Zoom conferencing platform. The dress code is casual, and the fun is free. So, get your comfy slippers and favorite easy chair ready for three full days of great content. Once again, we will continue with our traditional 3-day format. The conference will be held on April 23, 24, and 25 2021. We will have a morning session starting at 9 AM, an afternoon session starting at 1 PM, and even a special evening event each day. Although there is no cost to attend this conference, we do ask that all attendees register. To do so please click the link below and fill out the simple questionnaire:

If you are not able to register via the internet feel free to leave us a message with your contact information and we will assist you in registering. You can leave a message on BSCB’s info line at:

The agenda and Zoom conference information will be e-mailed to all registrants prior to the conference.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me.

Thank you

Frank Ventura
