Greetings ACB Lions and Friends:  I wish to remind everyone of our next conference call, to be held this Thursday, October 2 at 8:00 p.m. Eastern, 7:00 p.m. Central and 6:00 p.m. Pacific time.  The call-in number is (712) 432-3900.  The pass code is 796096#.  I will be attending the Missouri Council of the Blind's annual convention later this week and will be unable to preside at this month's meeting.  However, our Vice President, Lion Carla Ruschival, has graciously consented to step in and preside in my absence.  I hope the various fund raisers and service projects are going well in your local clubs and Districts. .  Remember to promote the spirit of Lionism whenever and wherever possible.  I highly encourage you all to call in to participate this Thursday evening and I look forward to talking with you next month.  Best wishes to each of you:  , Lion June Lenk, President ACB Lions
