Call Maryland Psychological Association.

There are two psychologists who worked as a team and may still be working together in the Washington DC and Maryland area near DC. Richard and Laurie, but I can’t remember their last names. But MPA would know.

They are not blind but have evaluated people who are blind.

APH has some braille copies of tests that may help once you talk to them.

Does anyone know of a Christian Counselor who'd be willing to either spank or ground their client after each session?
