Southern Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredients:
1 cup crushed cornflakes
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
3 egg whites, lightly beaten
1/4 cup milk
2 pounds chicken breasts

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.
In bowl, combine cornflakes, flour, salt and red pepper.
In another bowl, combine egg whites and milk.
Dip chicken into egg mixture.
Coat with corn flake mixture.
Place onto baking sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake for 15 minutes. Turn.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown and juices run clear.
Makes 8 servings.
