Hi Tori!

This is from Sheryl Goodnight. The French toast turned out great! About the stew tomorrow, I have all the ingredients, but I have some questions:

  1. Do I need to cook the stew meat ahead of time, and how
  2. Do I need to chop up the celery and how much ahead of time
  3. Do I need to peel the baby potatoes ahead of time?
  4. Do I need to slice the baby carrots ahead of time
  5. Any thing else to do ahead of time, do I need to use cooking spray in the big pot?

This is my Valentine treat to myself. I’ll probably join you all by either clubhouse or Zoom on my phone, so I can work along with you all while you are prepping the stew.

In other words, What do Ineed to do ahead of time at 9:00 A.M. in the morning?

Thanks,

Sheryl Goodnight

Glad the French Toast turned out good! I am always specific on my recipes if something needs to be done ahead of time. The goal of these calls is to show people techniques so I will be doing everything live tomorrow. If you want to prepare any aspect of this recipe ahead of time you can, but that is your decision. I will be using olive oil for the pot.
