Pizza

In a mixing bowl, dissolve 1 TSP sugar in 1 half cup warm water. Then add 1 package yeast, or 1 tablespoon stir together and let sit for about 25 minutes.
Then ad 1 fourth TSP salt and mix together until dissolved. Add 2 tablespoons oil.
then mix in 1 and 1 fourth cup flour.
Let rise for 10 to 15 minutes.
Roll out for a small 12 inch pizza.
To give flavor and prevent sticking, put some cormmeal on the dough.
Sauce
1 15 ounce can tomato sauce.
6 ounces tomato paste.
Add garlic, pepper, salt, oregano, or Italian seasoning.
Mix up ahead of time, freezes well for future use.

Tori's note:
The recipe didn't include cooking times. Probably because it depends how thick or thin you make your pizza base, and how well-done you like your pizza, to how long you need to cook it (not to mention how cooking times depend on the oven, and type of tray you're using). I cooked mine at 350F, using an actual pizza tray, and it took about 20 minutes. Bearing in mind, I like a thin crust pizza.
